📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Monitor and maintain building automation systems.
• Ensure the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
• Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and facility managers to ensure the smooth operation of the building.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Certification in Building Maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as Maximo, CMMS, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
