📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and track collections activities using ECMS and other relevant software tools
- Resolve customer disputes and negotiate repayment agreements
- Conduct phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to collect overdue payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information sharing
- Monitor collections performance metrics and provide regular reports
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with local and international regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections management
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- Knowledge of banking regulations and collections best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Indonesian banking industry and local regulations
