📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and present detailed quotations for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and group events.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
• Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure the best possible rates and packages.
• Review and revise quotations to ensure profitability and alignment with company policies.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the event planning process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, quotation, or a related role.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with MICE industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
