📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in the implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the HR team in payroll-related matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to employees.
• Maintain and update payroll records and databases.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
