📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports
• Provide legal advice and support to the business units on a wide range of legal matters
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate legal risks
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal arguments in court or other legal proceedings
• Maintain and update legal databases and records
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industrial sector

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using legal software and tools, such as CaseMap, Westlaw, or similar
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
