📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in identifying and pursuing strategic business partnerships with fintech companies, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of digital business strategies to enhance product offerings and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
• Assist in the creation and management of partnership agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative digital financial products.
• Provide administrative support to the business development team, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase Adira Dinamika Multi Finance’s products and services.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of Shariah-compliant financial solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Shariah finance principles and practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
