You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the chocolaterie and surrounding areas.
- Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Promote Cacao Social's products and services to guests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
