📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Actively engage with Panin Bank's customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Drive sales of Panin Dai-Ichi Life's insurance products through Panin Bank's distribution channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their insurance policies meet their needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new insurance products to recommend to clients.
• Collaborate with the bancassurance team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in insurance products and banking services.
• Report on sales performance and customer feedback to the bancassurance manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Familiarity with Panin Dai-Ichi Life's insurance products and Panin Bank's banking services.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid insurance sales certification is a plus.
