📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support Barefood's growth and culture.
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Support the general affairs department with administrative tasks, such as office management and event coordination.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture through initiatives and activities.
- Handle employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain and update HR documentation and records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR software such as BambooHR or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
