• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Train employees on safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and infrastructure.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety supervision in the mining industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (COHS) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations and international standards (e.g., OHSAS 18001).
• Proven experience in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, and specialized safety software.
