As an AP/AR Staff at Private Advertiser, you will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate. You will also be involved in the preparation of financial reports and providing support to the finance team in their day-to-day operations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process invoices for accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and submit vendor payments
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Provide support to the finance team in their day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
