As an AR Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of AR staff, implementing best practices in accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to streamline our billing and collection processes, leveraging tools like SAP and QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate collection of receivables.
• Manage a team of AR staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Analyze and report on accounts receivable performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline billing and collection processes.
• Leverage SAP and QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
• Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in the accounts receivable process.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a track record of success in managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
