📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and sales performance.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Monitor sales performance and set targets for the team, providing coaching and support as needed.,Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
