📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness.,Manage and grow the resort's customer base through targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including high-profile individuals and corporate partners.,Oversee the resort's social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content that reflects the resort's luxury brand.,Organize and execute high-profile events and promotions to attract and retain guests.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.,Collaborate with the resort's management team to ensure all sales and marketing activities align with the overall business strategy.,Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality or luxury travel industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.,Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry and a keen understanding of the luxury travel market.
