Spot Nest Group is looking for a dedicated Security professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security systems and respond to any security breaches or incidents.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections of the premises.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance.,Investigate and document security incidents and prepare reports.,Coordinate with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.,Maintain and update security records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations.,Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SATPAM, SATPOL PP).,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to security.
