📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and maintain the sales database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services effectively.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
