📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide pharmaceutical advice and support to patients and healthcare professionals.,Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by patients.,Manage and supervise the work of pharmacist assistants and pharmacy technicians.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.,Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services and patient outcomes.,Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of pharmacy records.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.,Provide training and support to new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and guidelines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Valid pharmacy license and certification.,Experience in managing and supervising a team is a plus.
