📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes.,Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.,Collaborate with doctors, healthcare providers, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage and allocate nursing resources effectively to meet patient needs.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the healthcare facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in advanced nursing practices or specialized areas is a plus.,Experience in managing a team of healthcare professionals.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
