Urban Space Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team. As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashiering team to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to both customers and staff.,Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Train and develop cashiering staff to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor cash levels and ensure proper reconciliation of deposits.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashiering or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.,Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
