Duta Oka Mart is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production Supervisor to join our team in Bantul. As a Junior Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet customer specifications.,Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or production industry.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving production targets and improving efficiency.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.
