📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Monitor and control financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and GAAP.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
