📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the operations of Clippo services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.,Monitor service performance and address any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of service operations and customer interactions.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Provide training and support to customer service representatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.,Conduct regular audits of service operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with customer service operations and CRM systems is a plus.
