📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty coffees.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Ensure the coffee shop is clean and well-stocked, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing excellent service.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and new products to offer innovative menu items.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a barista or similar role, preferably in a high-volume coffee shop.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
