Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
