📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring needs.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract passive candidates.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
