📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Supervise and train junior warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliations to prevent stock losses and ensure accuracy.,Coordinate with procurement and production teams to manage inventory levels and restocking.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and streamline processes.,Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to inventory and stock availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Forklift license is a plus.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.
