📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of semiconductor and advanced packaging facilities,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and downtime,Monitor and optimize facility performance, including energy consumption and waste management,Develop and implement facility improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production processes,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility engineering, particularly in the semiconductor or advanced packaging industry,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment,Familiarity with industry safety regulations and standards,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
