📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, from customer inquiries to closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service to both online and in-store customers.,Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash and credit card payments, and handling customer complaints.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and transactions.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Promote our products and services to potential customers through various channels.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Familiarity with cashier duties and basic accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using basic computer applications and sales software.,Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
