Indonesia Oil is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team in Bontang. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the production operations and ensuring the smooth running of the production facilities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on production facilities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment performance.,Participate in shift rotations and on-call duties as required.,Support the implementation of production improvement initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of production reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or maintenance role in the oil and gas industry.,Knowledge of production equipment and processes.,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English proficiency is a plus.
