📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B service, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.,Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, including restrooms and kitchen facilities.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Train and mentor F&B service staff to ensure they meet the company's standards and expectations.,Monitor and report on F&B service performance metrics, such as customer feedback and sales data.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of F&B services with company events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B service management, preferably in a corporate or office setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the food service industry.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control principles.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
