📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends is a plus.
