📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and update training materials and resources,Conduct training needs analysis and assessment,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to employees on their development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the planning and coordination of training events and workshops

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Some experience in training and development is preferred,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Good organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Passion for continuous learning and development
