In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our cashiering process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals as required,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in resolving customer complaints and queries,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering or customer service roles,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
