As an Assistant Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable time at our restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Bartender in preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies,Recommend and suggest new drink recipes to the Head Bartender,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales,Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction,Work efficiently during peak hours and busy periods,Assist in training new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or similar role,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Good knowledge of Indonesian and English languages,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Valid food handling certificate,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools
